Solid State Probes

JEOL offers a wide range of magic-angle-spinning (MAS) solid state NMR probes. This includes 0.75mm, 1mm, 3.2mm, 4mm, and 8mm HXMAS probes. In addition, there is a VT HXMAS probe, single-tuned 4mm Cryocoil MAS probe, 3.2mm and 4mm FGMAS probes, and a 3.2 fluorine background free MAS probe.
